I don't understand the question.
You know what you need to do, the instructions are clear.
Let me put it to you like this.
Tell me, why do you want to take this class? I am a person with a question. Your essay is asking you to answer the question.
If I asked you to write why you liked money, could you explain to anyone why?
The other question you stated was posed was, "and how will that class benefit me personally and professionally?"
Just write what you know, not what you believe, or what your friends or relatives believe. You need to do some research here.
Your research should focus on backing up your first claim "Why I want that class".
For example "I would like to be registered in this class because of xyz", now to back it up "Being exposed to _____ where I can see how xyz is conducted will affect my " education variable, work variable......." decisions".
Just follow it that way, steer clear of words like I think or I believe, and focus on concrete statements, I will, I do, it is, it is not, I will, I won't........
Also after you type up the rough draft make sure to read it aloud, to make sure that it sounds like something you would want to hear coming out of your mouth, then check for punctuation and spelling errors.

If your goal is truly to be Doctor, look beyond this one class and contact other hospitals about volunteering.
Consider taking a class to obtain your EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) license. Part of the requirements will be to volunteer in a Hospital Emergency room.
This will provide you with a day to day uinderstanding of being a Emergency Room Doctor.

It's never too soon to start the process of learning how to help others. I know there are a lot of ways to help others that I can be doing right now - but I want to help with medicine, by being a doctor, and I want to start working on that right now.

I think if you want it that badly you should speak from the heart.
What are you going to do once you are a doctor..ask the patient to diagnose his/her self? Come on if it means that much to you... you already know what to say....
