Hello guys

err i know i have to do my homework on my own but really believe me i have done trying this thing heap of times but i cant find do with it

Ok well in my history class we're talking about ancient civilazations. The part we're covering now is crime and stuff like that and the consequences. Well in the textbook, it says some places used torture. So my teacher gave us assignment of coming up with 5 tortures (tortures on other people) and 5 self-tortures (torture on yourself). I can't think of any, and I looked all online and couldn't find a single thing. So I need some help. Do any of you know of 5 tortures and 5 self-tortures for my assignment?!
