let us add ' x ' wins to 3205.
then total wins= 3205+x
also , total chances played =1390+3205+x = 4595+x

so , to get 70% wins, we have
3205 + x * 100 / 4595 + x = 70

we get x = 38.333............=38
hence we add 38 wins to 3205 and that gives us the answer which is
3243 wins from a total of 4633 chances

70% of 4595 = 3216.5 Round to 3217

3217/4595 = 70.01%
