does anyone know any good books or websites with facts about either the bonhomme richard (a ship), john paul jones (the captain), or the battle of golden hill ( a seperate battle that took place.) also, if you know anything just off the top of your head about these, please help me out. thanks sooooo much!

We were doing it in science today and my teacher is a student and was like really stuttering and finding hydraulic brakes hard to explain, so can someone explain about the pressure (master piston/slave piston, pressure is force divided by area) thingymajig to me? I'm probably confusing you as well, but if you can help please do. = )

if i get bad grades it is because my OLD teacher can't keep up with things.my parents say i should just clean dishes and do extra math problems,shoudn't they ask the teacher for any extra credit to bring my grades up
