Hey..being creative i heard is "cool" for future professions. However its still is kind of risky.
my skills are sketching(amature level) and editing(audio-video) .
Direction-Well i love Movies..i m fond of directing editing and enjoyin movies
Architecture- i like the idea of makin a house-a building-or a major landmark building-its kind of intrestin to be an architect
Animation/Art school- i m blur in this area...is there any scope f i study animation..if i go to art school- wht the hell will i learn there...can i actually earn a good income after art school?
so its down to 3- Movies,Architecture or Art school?
which profession is the best choice for me?
i mean which one will make me happy

as we know that most of the gears in use today are designed on the basis of two curves involute (path traced by a point on a wire wound on a cirle when it is unwound along its circumference) and cycloidal (locus of any point on a circle rolling over another circle). lets take the latter case. as we say "rolling" it means friction has to be present (a condition for rolling to occur). the gear tooth faces transmit power by applying preesure along the normal to their faces (the direction is called line of action)...but if pressure only is required, can it not be done without friction....even if the above is possible, how is it going to affect the power transimission by a pair of gear teeth?

Here's a passage.I don't understand the word resumes used here.
The passage comes from a radio programme.
Yes, see women will get this resumes in their mind. They are like: I want a guy who is six feet four and crazy about bowling. (Right) But the problem with that is then you end up missing the guy who is five-eleven and crazy about you. (Right, right.) So you can't... Mr.Right doesn't necessarily look like how you image him.

Recently, I came across the online degree programs and this is in regards to that only. I was curious about these online degree programs and wanted to know if these programs have some value in India or not. And what is the value of these degrees in abroad?

I've heard of few universities like University of Phoenix and similar others which offer these kind of programs and let people pursue their education without any geographical boundaries.

So I went to the University of Missouri for my first semester freshman year. I hated it. I got really homesick (5 hours away) and depressed, and ended up coming home. I went to a community college for my second semester, and I was a lot more comfortable there for some reason. It seemed more like high school I guess, which I loved. Small classes, people I knew, etc. So this year (my first semester sophomore year) I am going to a private University here in my hometown right down the street. I know I love being in my hometown, but it kind of brings back the memories from my horrible time at Mizzou. . .I just don't want to get back in to that depressed mode. People are from all over, and I have a hard time connecting to new people. I have friends here in town, and I'm totally cool with hanging out with them. How can I feel more comfortable at this University?
