Baptism is a Christian ritual, not an Islamic ritual.
Christians are baptized in imitation of Jesus' baptism by John. Scholars of religion also view baptism as a ritual of purification. Christians wouldn't say it is purification of the body, but of the spirit. And baptism is a sacramental mark of a person's commitment to Christianity, and acceptance of Jesus as their Savior.
Muslims perform ritual ablutions in order to purify themselves before prayer, or after any action that is considered to have defiled their bodies (contact with unclean animals, dead bodies, bodily excretions, etc.). But this is not baptism, it is zakat. And zakat (purification) is also associated with almsgiving, and with other avoidances of the unclean.
A Muslim would not be baptized unless s/he were converting to Christianity, and renouncing Islam.

I think the questioner was asking a joke and did not intend on being serious.
