If you were to study a Bachelors or a bachelors in a field such as computing or business, would you pay an exorbidant amount of money to study in a small town?

no. big cities r better, because more opportunities...meet more people...not only more peers but also increase ur chance of meeting important/well-established people in ur field. also have a better chance of trying out a wider range of experiences and will in general see more things. when ur starting out, it's best to start where u will learn the most. don't isolate urself right from the beginning when ur trying to develop ur skills/knowledge...u'll become limited to what u saw in the small town...also putting limits on getting the most competitive jobs.
maybe ok if planning to just stay in the small town forever...but ur viewpoint will still be pretty narrow.

What does a small town have to do with it? Your decision should be based on the quality of the school.
