Today is my first night of college...well at a regular college, I went to community college before. There are only two people living on my floor so far, the rest move in in a couple days, so i'm not that concerned yet, but everybody makes friends at college, even quiet people...right? Has anyone ever known anyone who went to college and did not have one friend that they could spend time with?

What do you do when you spend over a year trying to decide what you would enjoy doing with your life only to realize there is nothing that interests you enough to make a career out of it?

A Red, Red Rose

Oh my luve is like a red, red rose,

That's newly sprung in June:

Oh my luve is like the melodie,

That's sweetly play'd in tune.

As fair art thou, my bonie lass,

So deep in luve am I;

And I will luve thee still, my dear,

Till a' the seas gang dry.

Till a' the seas gang dry, my dear,

And the rocks melt wi' the sun;

And I will luve thee still, my dear,

While the sands o' life shall run.

And fare thee weel, my only luve!

And fare thee weel a while!

And I will come again, my luve,

Tho' it were ten thousand mile!

i'm going to France next year, if you could give me some advice or tips about cities, places to visit, where to stay or study, or anything that could help me decide which city to choose that would be great, i'm going there in order to obtain a master degree in business administration (MBA) or something related to that, Marketing or Sales or something like that.

My daughters college textbook for math cost$133.00 at the college bookstore, I can purchase the "Teacher's edition"/annotated on line for around $50.00. This version has some answers and everything else the student version has. Should I buy the lower priced book on line?

I am thinking of getting my Ph.d. in either Business Leadership or Organizational Communication, but the schools I am interested in are not in the places I want to live in and those that are do not have programs I am interested in learning. I mean there is an awesome school in Fargo but I happen to be a beach dweller and hate the snow. I was thinking about getting my degree from an online University instead, but do not want to diminish the worth of my degree simply because it is from an accreditied school like Pheonix Online University VS University of South Florida. Can anyone give advice as to what I should really be considering?

I am doing an independent study project and I need some ideas on what to do it on. This will be a year long process, which will then be presented in front of a panel of judges. I'm open to any field of study (ie. math, science, history, etc...). If you could possibly give me some ideas on what you would be interested in, I would greatly appreciate it. If possible, please elaborate on details. Thanks.
