I graduated in mass. but moved to v.a. after high school, would i still get residency tuition if i wanted to go to college in mass?

If you are residing in Virginia with your parents and consider it your permanant home now you lose your residency status in Mass.

Your residence is where you currently live. The only way I no to have a legal residence where you don't live is if you are active duty in the military. Then you can continue to claim residency where you lived previously.
