I am currently poised to graduate from a Massachusetts state school with an economics degree and a 3.8 GPA. I want to go to a top 10 business school such as Harvard or MIT but I'm not sure if they will even consider me since I did not go to a prestigious college for undergrad. If I do score well on my GMAT and maintain/improve my GPA then do I have a shot at getting in or should I not even bother applying to the best schools?

I'm a second year student at the University of Maine and I just found out my housing information including my roommates name and number. I want to call her and see what she is like, because last year I got stuck with a really horrible roommate and I don't want that to happen again. Would it be worth my time to give her a call or should I just wait until we move in? If she sucks I want a new roommate as soon as possible which is why I don't think I should wait.

A close friend of mine has just secured himself a cushty job with a degree he bough online.
For a not too princely sum he now has a very authentic looking degree certificate complete with a mock "breakdown" of his individual scores he got throughout it.
I'm nearing completion of my degree in Mathematics, after years of bloody hard work and sacrifice.
Surely, when you apply for a job that requires a degree there is a way they check the degree to make sure it's authentic, via some kind of record checking or the kind?
If not, what the hell have I been doing for the last six years of my life since I left school?!

I suffer from a diorder related to epilepsy, so I can't drive a vehicle for 3 months. According to the DMV in Arizona, a patient with this type of illness has to be seizure-free for 3 months. If they get a sign of dizziness or a seizure, then their chances are blown. Since I suffering from this illness, it doesn't give me enough confidence to attend college, and gives me fear of living on my own. I'll appreciate this very much for whoever can answer this question to their best knowledge. By the way, I'm from Gila Bend, Arizona.
