I'm going into Highschool this year, and a lot of stress is being put on planning for our futures. At the moment, I am planning on majoring in Psychology or something similar in college, and I was wondering what sort of jobs would be available for someone with a degree in that field.

Obviously, a psychologist is an option. But what about things that aren't normally associated with Psychology? For instance, could one become a teacher with a Psy. Degree? If you don't mind, could people share with the the different fields one could enter with a decent (4-8 year) Psychology degree?

Also, are there other majors similar to psychology?

Please and thank you, much love, people!

Is it true that universities (in particular, the Ivy League universities) regard character as a more important quality than your results?
That is, what do they look at first and foremost - your results or your character?
And if your results are as good as, say, full marks for your SATs, would they still attribute so much importance to other qualities like leadership qualities and CCA?

Could you please let me know your thoughts on this. I have a job interveiw and have to do a presentation so would like to know what real people think, not what the government says they do. If you are happy to, please could you let me know your gender, age and ethnic background. I'm interested in everybodies opinions, whether you are in school or are in work. Thank you.

I am 22 years old (will be 23 this fall) and I am in college. I am trying to complete my degree in edu...but my life is a little complicated. I had my daughter at 18, so of course things are harder because of that, but it seems as though the closer I come to graduation, the harder it gets. I have AWESOME grades, a 3.78 GPA, so paying for school is not even an issue. I LOVE school, but I am just starting to feel as though I am not going to be able to make it.

I was lead down the wrong path and took like almost 26 hhours that I did not need, thanks to some people at my school that are SUPPOSED TO HELP, but anyways, how can I stay motivated when everything is not falling into place?

I wanted to know whether ny1 could suggest me a project or mayb a few useful links ( alongwith complete circuit diagrams, block diagrams etc.)
A few the prblems faced are..
i) There ain't no qualified/helpful faculty members to help us at college;
