I need a loan and I don't know what all I will need to do to get it. Is this going to be difficult? what are the limits to what I can borrow like?

I am beginning an RN nursing (adn) program at my community college. Our school sponsors no private loans, and my federal loans are all taken by tuition. I need living expense money badly. What are some good, if any, private loans that do not have to be connected with a person's school? What about Sallie Mae "Tuition Answer"??? Any good or bad comments about this loans?

I was incarcerated and released 2 days ago. I have been reunited with my 2 daughters (age 10 and 15) but we are homeless. We were staying with my Parents but due to them living in a senior citizen building, we can no longer stay here. I was seeking any assistance available for us , in housing , food or anything that may help my daughters and I get a second chance. We are in the Sante Fe Springs area.

Why does the FAFSA ask if the student was eligible to file Form 1040A or 1040EZ?
Does answering no affect eligiblilty for assistance?

I go to a very small private HS. Im a pomerette (which is a part of the drill team, we dance). Every year we go to a dance camp. The band usually helps out with the cost but this year the band is bankrupt. We are trying to get numerous fundraisers together, but its very hard to find sucessful ones and ones that also can be done with a small number of people. Any advice?
