Check with your local unemployment office.

Most highschool offer CNA or homemaker course for a reasonable fee and they have great payment plans.

I don't know what state your in but in Texas if you are taking care of elderly parents you can ask for dr.s order and go through homehealth and be paid

Depends on which state, you can usually get paid for cleaning house, or doing chores. Go through the social security office.
