I am planning on applying for a Bachelor's program, unrelated to my Associate's degree. I just wasn't sure if I was still supposed to use my last school experience even if it was just the 2 year program. Anyone have any ideas?

INSTRUCTIONS:Estimate each sum or difference by rounding to 0, 1/2, or 1

NOTE! all the answers that i put on here are MY ANSWERS! they may not be right!! Also, everything in parenthases (however its spelled) is how i estimated and evaluated the fractions.

5/6 + 3/10= ( 1 + 1/2 ) = 1 and 1/2

9/10 - 3/7 = (1 - 1/ 2 ) = 1/2

4/9 + 1/4= (1/2 + 1/ 2) = 1

5/8 + 2/7= (1 + 0) = 1

7/10 + 11/12= (1 + 1 )= 2

8/9 + 4/7 =(1 + 1/2) = 1 and 1/2

5/11 + 1 and 2/7 ( 1/2 + 1) = 1and 1/2

1 and 6/11 - 2/5 ( 1 and 1/2 - 1/2) = 1

4 and 2/7 - 1 and 7/9 ( 4 - 2 )= 2

I'm not sure how you would revise this sentence without making it to another sentece. The directions says to only to replace a phrase with a word, replace a clause with a phrase, or take out unnecessay worss. Help?

Since then, Perlman has appeared with every major orchestra, recorded most of the standard violin works, played on film soundtracks, and made jazz , ragtime, and comtemporary recordings of music that he has played.

[[I'm not 100% sure if this is acutally a run-on sentence, but I believe it is, since it is quite lengthy. I appreciate any help. :)]]

I checked the site where the profs post our final grades and for one of my classes it listed my grade as a MG, missing grade. I don't understand what that means. I took both of the exams, I took the quizzes and the final. I just emailed him asking him for an explanation. I'm so worried now, I don't get it. Unless I didn't put my name on the final or something? But i did do that, I even signed in on the sign up sheet. I'm so worried!!!!! Has this happened to anyone else? I don't even know what it means.

Hi,

I have an Associates in Information Technology and a job I love, however I've been seeing a lot of people look down on me just because I "only" have a 2 year degree. I got my degree from a really good local tech school, it was really expensive and I worked VERY hard for that degree and like I said I have a job i love now. Why should spend more money and more time just so I can have a "real" degree?

My GPA in grade 9 was bad (but I did pass all my courses) and for first semester of grade 10 my GPA is just average, so I've been doing a lot of studying and I'm going to try and bring it up with my exams.Next semester I have English, business, civics and math, so I'm hoping to improve my GPA next semester even more.

Even if I do improve, is it still too late for college because I did so bad in grade 9 and first half of 10?

Do you have any other ways of learning the words?
I am attempting to learn all of the words by grouping similar words together in rooms. I am actually using a vocabulary builder book that has related words grouped together.

The problem is that there are going to be many rooms and I'm not sure if I can keep reusing the same room or rooms. Some words are going to need to be repeated in different rooms because they are synonyms.

I am not sure if I should create a new room for each word or just for categories of words. I can't create thousands of rooms. I might be able to create multiple versions of the same room but then I'll have to keep track of how many versions of that room I have created.

If I store words in different rooms, then I'll have to keep track of which words I put where. I only have space for ten objects in each room so I might have to stretch a list from one room to another to another. This is a daunting task.
