I am planning on applying for a Bachelor's program, unrelated to my Associate's degree. I just wasn't sure if I was still supposed to use my last school experience even if it was just the 2 year program. Anyone have any ideas?

You don't have any choice. If you were previously enrolled in college, you need to mention that when you apply, even if you are now going in a different direction. The good news is that you would be considered a transfer student, so they won't ask you to take the SATs.
