How many credits exaclty do you need to complete a Bachelors and associates degree?

It can vary, but typically it is 60 semester and 120 semester for AA and BA respectively.

I have seen some BS programs require 126 credits.

Also baby english and baby math may no be acceptable for graduation credits in a 2 year college (english 23 or 21)

It depends on the school you go to. Typically 120-124 credit hours.
