I'm a Navy wife and I just recently relocated overseas with my husband. I'm trying to register for online classes here, but I am slightly confused. I spent 2 years at a university in the States, and now I'm trying to finish a degree while on the move with the military. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I just graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. I want to go to pharmacy school however my GPA is 2.5. I have always wanted to be a pharmacist but I wanted to get my degree first and enjoy my undergrad life. I also had to work to support myself and I was also the president of a fraternity. I know that pharmacy school is very competitive and I am willing to do what it takes to raise my GPA. I am a Pharm. Tech. right now and just took the PCAT on Sat. What are my chances to get in anywhere? My scores in my science classes are not that bad however I do have some C's which I am going to retake. But im afraid that even if i retake those classes and get all A's it still wouldn't raise my GPA to a 3.0. They take in consideration all classes you took and not just prereqs.Do pharmacy schools take it in to consideration that you are actually trying to better your situation and that you are showing maturity or is it that you had your chance and you blew it

Banks ask for personal/collateral security for educational loan. Affluent families avail bank loan because the rate of interest is low. They produce whatever form of security the bank demands. Can an applicant, who cannot satisfy this demand too get a nationalised bank's consideration for loan?

I was in the National Forest with my camera. The day was crisp, and the leaves
were turning gold and red. When I spotted the white-tailed buck, I froze. He wasn’t
more than 15 yards from where I was standing. The wind must have been right,
because he kept on browsing the mossy ground. I lifted my camera very slowly.
Carefully, holding my breath, I lifted the camera to my eye. Turning the focus ring,
I framed the deer’s head. Just as I was ready to press the shutter release, the
buck raised his head. He was looking my way with wide eyes. Click. I took the
picture. An instant later, the deer bounded away into the forest. He took off, but
I had the shot. Today, the framed photo of that buck hangs above our fireplace.

A. Fall C. Spring
B. Winter D. Summer

If I were a Hitman
Three weeks of tracking Azamat had led me to a town called Kamuriti – A small town 100km southeast of the Saudi Arabian border. I was hot, sun burnt and exhausted and
a grin crept across my face as I finally had him in my sights. The bright green lazar of my AR-15 colt was hovering slightly below the pulmonary artery of Azamats heart. It would only take a little squeeze of the trigger and his life would be over as quick as the bullet of an AR-15 could travel.
All my training and experience as a professional hitman had prepared me for this moment. I was no longer doing it just for the “money”, it was more then that, it was payback for all the hell I had endured while trying to tack down the son of a b****.
I held my breath as I prepared myself to take the shot.
My finger tightened around the trigger, I would keep squeezing until I heard the faint “click” that the trigger would make before the gun recoiled from the force of a bullet being propelled to 900m/s.

(sin^2 θ) (cos^2 θ) = (1/8)[1 - cos (4θ)]

I don't know how to do this. We're allowed to use any trigonometric identity up to the double angles and half angles (those were the ones we just learned).

This is what I've done so far, but I don't know whether I'm heading in the right direction:

(sin^2 θ) (cos^2 θ)
= (1 - (cos^2 θ)) (cos^2 θ)
= (cos^2 θ) - (cos^4 θ)

Now what?

The kind of thing that is happening is she walks towards her class and some boys walk the other way and as they pass one of the boys shouts 'My mate wants to go out with you'. She finds this quite anoying and embarrassing. I don't know if the school has any power to stop this and I'm worried that if I complain I might be a bit of a fuddy duddy Mum.

I'm in my 4th year at UC Berkeley and I feel like an idiot. I got a B+ on one of my midterms, and today I took another midterm for another class and I don't think I did well despite studying 3 days all day. I am so tired of school.

Prior to university I was easily in the top 3 students at my high school. There were 400+ students in my class. I took 11 AP exams and passed all of them, mostly with 4s. I got a 730 SAT Math, 700 SAT verbal, and 800 Writing SAT II.

Basically it was effortless. I had a 4.0 with studying, but I everything was somewhat "easy" for me including Calculus.

Now that I'm at university, my GPA is only a 3.7. I maybe bombed today's midterm despite studying for 3 days, and I feel like an idiot. I just feel very ashamed because everything was so easy for me before. Am I now dumber or what?

I really want to go to law school, and that's why I need to keep my GPA up. I can't stand getting B's, and I am so irritated when I get them. It just bugs me.

I'm 28 and I've been thinking about going to college for either political science or a 4 year business degree. Last time I took an IQ test, I scored 131, so I'm not too worried about failing. I have strong family support, so there's no worry that I won't be able to afford it. My two biggest concerns are:

1. My age, I feel as if it's to late to be going for a 4 year degree at 28.

2. I suffer from a bad case of social anxiety. So I worry that I may have to do a lot of presentations and public speaking in front of my classmates. The social anxiety has prevented me in the past from attending college, but I'm starting to get it under control with some medication and therapy sessions. Either way, college is a big step, one that will bring on the anxious feelings.

Maybe I'm just looking for affirmation. Anyway, all answers much appreciated.
