When I say "Were you like me?"
I mean that never in my life have been able to tolerate the thought that some:
Spotty-faced,snotty-nosed,
12- year old little Brat
might know more than I do!!

As a matter of fact, when I bought my new laptop one of the first things that I said was:
"Will little kids laugh at me when they see me carrying this particular laptop?"

They said "Oh No ! Sir1 They'll think you're a REAL COOL DUDE!"
I don't think the sales people were taking the Mickey, at least, not after I'd head-butted a couple of them!

I'm a full-time working mom and wife. I would really like to go back to school to at least get my associate's degree. The problem is, I can't quit my job. My total household income is 60k+, however I make at least half of that and we couldn't afford to live if I quit my job and went back to school. Our credit isn't the best so I don't think I could get a loan to supply my income, and I do have a toddler so that requires most of my time when I'm not at home. Also, my husband works nights and is on a rotating schedule (he works 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc...). I applied for financial aid last year and they offered $3,000 a semester, obviously, that's not going to pay for schooling and supply my current income. How in the world can I work this into my life? I feel like if I don't do it soon, I may never and that makes me very sad and like I'm giving up on a dream. Any suggestions?

(1) i think it's traditionally "on a page" but then what if we are talking about electronic pages for web sites? do we use "on" or "in?"

for example:
"how many words are on this web page?"
"how many words are in this web page?"
or both works?

(2) another question: how about for web sites?
do we say "in a web site" or "on a web site?"

My class is really cold, but it's hot outside! So it looks weird after class when i'm wearing a huge jacket. Well I have 1 pack of pop tarts and milk for breakfast. At about 12:00 p.m. I start dying. I have classes at 8, but I wake up at 6 to get ready. Also the teacher is kind of monotoned.

I don't know if caffeine actually works. I've never noticed huge differences. i might feel sleepy but i don't know if caffeine actually helps at all.
