I've attempted admission to a few culinary schools in my area (NE USA) but the schools wont allow me to attend unless I remove my piercings (I have 22 holes in my head - it usually takes 2hrs, another person and a pair or pliers to remove). I've been looking into Le Cordon Bleu in London, will they allow me to attend without removing my piercings? much thanks!

I found a phrase on a baby announcement that I would like to change to work for a baby shower invitation (for a girl).

The phrase is:
The pitter patter
of little feet
Have made our
lives complete!

I still want to use the first two lines "The pitter patter of little feet" but want to change the last two so it would work for a baby shower invitation!!!

Any ideas? Thanks!

motivational strategey. I was inspired by the Harry Potter books. I teach music grades 1-5 and was thinking of dividing my students into "houses" or "teams" that could work to earn points or would lose points depending on behavior and accomplishments. I also have lunch duty, so it could transfer into that.

One person I mentioned this to said it would divide the students too much, what do you think?

Also, do you have suggestions of any other motivational strategies, possibly including the classroom teachers?

State a general rule describing which fractions have decimal forms that terminate and which forms have ones that repeat?

I did all the fractions into decimals from 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9, 1/10, 1/11, and 1/12. I am not finding the answer to this question. Some repeat some terminate but I don't see why they do or don't???
