i said to this guy "do you promise?"
and he said "scout's promise" well not really but something similar..people use it a lot..its a bit like "god promise" or "pinky promise" its just annoying me now lol

does anyone know what it is?

They usually say scout's honor...and for pinky it would be pinky swear.
