I want to send someone a letter but I dont want them to know my new address since I moved. He's in the military and this last letter I want to send him is telling him I wont be writing to him anymore and good luck in life. He's an ex that still writes and I want to move on without having to receive a letter from him every week during his training. I could be mean and not tell him and ignore him, but I'm not like that.

Can I not post a return address and send it still? And since its the Army I'm sending it to, will that affect anything? And can I write a little message or short statement in the return address spot in place of the address?

Please let me know if anyone can help me! Thanks

My class and I put one together for our program director, and we included a quote on leadership but for this one, we prefer a quote to express appreciation. Any motivational/inspirational quote would work as well. Thank you in advance.

i have taken copious amounts of i.q. test on the internet and i have scored very well on all of them (my highest score is 172, my lowest is 138). I am a 17 year old and i know that these scores are nothing less of outstanding. I would love nothing more than to join mensa for no reason more than to just throw it in my older brother's faces ( i guess they're kinda smart too but they're wrong in thinking they're smarter than me). So where can i take a test? Is there a mensa test? help help help

I am also a hostess at a rest. and I want to change my job. Problem is, no one will take me because I'm 17 with no experiance and degree. So what, am I supposed to whipe tables and maybe become a waitress until I'm 50 and then get a front desk job?!!

I was wondering if I should take an independent study course next year in either French or Russian. I am going to be in eighth grade, with two english and math freshman classes. I took an IQ test last year and have a verbal IQ of 137. I'm also a capable straight A student. The course is set up so that if I start in September I have a whole year to finish. I would get high school credit for it. However, my schedule is pretty hectic and I don't know how I would handle another class. But if I do this course I could be a college sophmore by the time I graduate. Don't ask me how this works, it's just something my school counselor told me. In addition to my regular classes (there are eight of those), I'm taking the following extracurriculars:
Piano
Choir
Voice Lessons (probably)
Vollyball
Youth Group
So should I take the course or not? My parents said if I thought I could handle it I probably could, but I wanted to get someone else's perspective.

Have you noticed that in college textbooks and other books written by academics, the word "moreover" is found on every other page? Yet in books written by ordinary Joes, the word is never used. Why do academics love this word so much?

I need a real word, for each of these.
It needs to be able to be found in a dictionary.
Something that rhymes with any of these...

month, orange, silver or purple

Can you do it?

If not all, then try with one.

Also, does anyone know of a guide that ranks the different LLM programs??
