I am thinking of doing my LLM degree there in international law and I just want to make sure that it is well-known enough outside the States for my LLM to be worth something on the international job market.

Also, does anyone know of a guide that ranks the different LLM programs??

Clinton did go Georgetown for his undergraduate, but is the law school well-known?

I think that if I were looking at this, what I would do would be to look up the backgrounds of the partners at the major international law firms. My guess is that Georgetown is pretty well known, but law schools in general are so domestic in focus, since the laws are specific to each country, that I can't guarantee that.

Yes, it's known overseas. Bill Clinton went there.
