Inconsistant sanctions. Grandson not in full time education for over 13 months due to having a total of 45 day exclusion. Told by inclusion manager to keep him off school until statement for special needs given. Statement given in September but never informed daughter to send him back. School given funding and used but child not in school. Educational Welfare not followed up as child had been marked with a "C" for educated off site. Daughter asked to sign letter stating she was educating him at home by head which he had just typed up. Daughter not read as signed on bonnet of car as was going out. Went to childs review in March and demanded that he came back into school and asked the question of funding and misuse of public funds. Child back in school next day for fresh start. Logged on computer each time he moved or did anything. Teacher left him and other delicate children unsupervised and assault took place. 45 days ex given. registration certificates altered.

I plan on going to the Univeristy of West Georgia in the fall because I can't afford to go to a private school; if I keep all A's for the first two years will prestigious schools like Berkley, UNC-Chapel HIll, Michigan-Ann Arbor, etc accept me... or do they only accept transfer students from other prestigous schools. I guess to sum it all up, does the school you go to greatly effect your chances of getting accepted as a transfer student to a prestigous school.

Heres the thing I'm getting an Associates degree in Hvac and doing good in life now but I got a felony on my background 3+ yrs ago(Nothing too serious) and it is very very hard to get a job or an aprt w/ this on my background trust me but I want to go to Chicago area for next semester and need some suggestions on getting a affordable aprt that will except me maybe some where they rent to college students.I do get grant money so I dont know if I could get a dorm or not?I wouldnt mind the College of dupage and some where close by to live.Please help!! Hey, I am a freshman in a big state university and I am currently working on my transfer application to a more competitive college. However, I feel stuck about the manditory recomendation. All my classes are big lecture ones and the professors are inaccessiable (you know what goes in a state university), except one small class but the professor looks really rigorous (but she does praise me somehow as hard-working.....BTW, she is very very accessiable). So how should I ask recommendation from her. I don't even know how to start a conversation. Help! Thank you!

I am a running start student and i will have 30 college cr. by the end of this qu.
