for example: if I had a picture of a cake and asked them to pick either a picture of a rake, a picture of a shoe, or a picture of a dog and they had to choose the rake because that rhymes with cake...do you think four year olds could do that? did that make sense? please help

I am a Jehovah's Witness and therefore don't celebrate any national holidays, but "when I grow up" I want to be a kindergarten teacher. I already know FOR SURE this is what I want to be and have helped out in elementary schools to make sure it is the right thing for me. Now I am just wondering how I would deal with the issue of holidays since I know they are a big deal in the younger grades.
Any kindergarten teachers out there who can give me some advice?

Ok im taking Latin cause I thought it would be easy but im not good at studying any langueges and most collages require that you have at least two years of a languege but im praticuly failing latin... I dont know what to do and no matter how hard i study get extra help or tutors nothing can make me do better. Is there something else that would help a collage change there mind besides being an ealge scout and doing all the after school activities and such...Pls. help.

I'm currently in contract for a position as a camp counselor this summer. I've been working at this camp for 2 years, and this is my 9th overall year of attendance as a camper/counselor. I've also got a younger brother who is still a camper who my parents are paying full tuition for.

Here's my problem. I was originally supposed to be taking driver's ed this summer over the weekend. However, this fell through, and my only option if I want to be able to drive by the start of next school year is to take driver's ed in the early morning. This would entail being 30 minutes late to camp for 3 days a week for half the summer. (Camp is 7 hours long). I really, really want to drive, and I think its worth it to at least give the issue a shot with my employer.

I'm planning to set up an appointment to discuss the issue. I don't expect them to just let me do it; I recognize that some concession will be necessary on my part. Any suggestions on how to address this?

My short term Professional goal is to try to find a summer job that is office based, and not too physically demanding. I go on the internet, newspaper, etc. to find possible job placements, to update my cover letter, and resume. If got accepted for going to an interview, arrange time and date to go. If you got accepted to the job(s), take the one that is the best suited for me. I have already applied to several places but I have to continue to apply. I had one interview and worked hard to prepare for it. I’ll continue to apply for jobs and would hope I could work in an office for the summer. I don’t get that type of job I will take whatever I can get.

i have to write an essay and it's due tomarrow!
i only have a few hours, but it's a basic essay.
5 paragraphs. one introduction, three body paragraphs (with suporting details in each), and a conclusion.
the topic is "who do i admire".
ugh i hate these kinds of admire/role model/ who i look up to essays. they're the worst!
i don't know what to write!
please, ideas would be fantastic!
i need to brainstorm and everything!

i am an honor roll student in advanced classes but there is a threat to my staying in advanced classes. all my friends are there and i really dont want to leave. i do great on quizzes and reviews but i freak out on tests. how can i study or what can i do to stay up in A's and B's?

I'm always the last to finish tests, but it's really REALLY troublesome in math. I will literally spend hours doing homework that should take a half hour. I'm afraid that when I get to college, they won't let me sit and finish my tests like my kind high school teachers do. I can do the work, it just takes me a long time! I know I must know the material pretty well, because i'm getting good grades.

I am a trainer at an Outsourcing center which employs approx. 600 customer service representatives, and I am trying to find some new motivation for the training classrooms. Since my students are adults, (the average age range is 26- 38) , I am having even more trouble finding new ice breaker and / or games that get the students motivated. If anyone could suggest a site or training material that i can order, I would really appreciate that.
