My short term Professional goal is to try to find a summer job that is office based, and not too physically demanding. I go on the internet, newspaper, etc. to find possible job placements, to update my cover letter, and resume. If got accepted for going to an interview, arrange time and date to go. If you got accepted to the job(s), take the one that is the best suited for me. I have already applied to several places but I have to continue to apply. I had one interview and worked hard to prepare for it. I’ll continue to apply for jobs and would hope I could work in an office for the summer. I don’t get that type of job I will take whatever I can get.

Don't talk about the process of looking or preparing; talk about what your strengths are, what your personal goals are, and what you'd like to do (professional goal) to achieve those personal goals.

It should look more like:

I am friendly and organized. I work well under pressure, as I can listen to what people need and help them get it. (Then give an example from school where you worked on a project or helped a group get a good grade). Then move into what you want to do - which sounds like paperwork (really??) emphasizing what you like to do and can do well - you may like to talk on the phone, so answering phones with a friendly and helpful tone is natural, filing paperwork in a timely and effective manner is easy as you like things in order (lie if you have to), moving around is healthy, so running short errands is acceptable, and that you like to work on a computer, so doing data entry would be fun. End with how working in an office will help you achieve these goals.

If you are doing this for a resume, it is REALLY short like:

GOAL: To secure a short-term position in an office answering phones, basic filing, errands and data entry in which I may utilize my computer and human relations skills.
