Can you convince me into going to UCSC? I have to decide if I should leave Southern California [a place I love and currently live in now] to go to university in Santa Cruz. I've never been to Santa Cruz and I don't think I can visit there before the May Register deadline. So I essentially need your help.

Questions to answer:
How is the weather over there?
Good city for family/parents?
Cheap/expensive?
How are the people there?
Life changing experiences?
Fair academic programs?
Housing?

Im a 13 year old boy with no friends =(. People get used to the fact that i dont talk a lot but i dont want them to! i just want someone to be friends with. ALSO, i have a friend but HIS friend always makes him avoid me on purpouse what do i do for this? That friend wants to be my friend but his says No i dont want to dit over there every time he says lets sit next to me... HELP! please any suggestions? MY SCHOOL ONLY HAS 20 ppl in 7th grade! there are certain situations where i try not to curse. example: i will not swear around small children, i just wont. even if their parents do, i try my very hardest not to. instead i say things in other languages that no one knows are swears, or things like "oh my giddy aunt"....usually things exclaimed by british people. if you dont swear, what do you say instead?

Does it mean that total cost is $32,100 and the amount of money you need from financial aid is 39%? If thats the case then why would you have to pay $26,544? What direct lender?

re-apply to the business program when I can continue with class, will they just accept me?

To get into the program I had to take two written essays. Would I have to do all that again, or once admitted do all I have to do is say that I am able to take classes again? Please help with answer. I don't think I could go through applying to the entire business program again.

I'm a 20 year with a great job. But there is a huge hole in my life. I would love to go to college a start a great career. I have completed all my high school credits and I have around a 2.0. As a sophmore, I am self-studying AP Chemistry and I feel that it's not too rigorous when supplemented to my Chemistry Honors class.

However, I am planning out my schedule for next year (11th grade) and I've been considering self-studying AP Psychology and taking the test next year in May. With no Psychology class available in my high school, would it be a good idea to study the course and hope for at least a 4 on the exam? The AP classes I am going to take next year include Bio, Stats, and Comp Sci.

My main priority is to bring my AP total to 6 by the end of junior year. If AP Psyc is not a good option, are there any other easier AP courses that I can self-study next year?
