Education & Reference - 20 March 2007

I am trying desperately to finish my bachelors degree but it is taking forever since I cannot afford the cost of daycare for 2 toddlers while I go full time. I was working full time but ended up quitting b/c 90% of what I made paid for daycare and I was still only attending school part time. I remember someone telling me once that there was a federal or maybe state of FL program that helps with the cost - but I cannot for the life of me find any information on it. Is there anyway to get some help?? It is so frustrating that I am considering just dropping out all together - at the rate I am going it will take me another 4 years to finish 2 yrs worth of credits.

My son is 3 years old and is very smart. He already speaks english and spanish better than I do. I want to start teaching him how to read and write. Is there any sites that assist you for free? My son is 12, 5'4", 150lbs and in 6th grade. There's some kids on his bus that get on/off on his same stop (which just so happens to be right outside our house) that keep messing with him (verbally, spraying liquid on him, and pushing). I want to go find them and beat the ever loving s*%t out of their parents for raising such brats. My son is in advanced classes, quiet and doesn't speak up for himself. I'm not sure what to do or what to tell him to do because these kids know where he lives. He never goes outside to play and now I'm realizing its probably because he doesn't want to run into them. I'm not sure what to do short of enrolling him in self defense classes, but they're too expensive. My husband's response is "He's a boy, getting into fights and sometimes getting beat up is just a right of passage." Any advice? Anybody? Please!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay at school today we had a lock-down for an hour and a half. it was actually pretty cool but really scary at first cuz we thought sum1 was in the building but it was just a bad thing that happen around the area....
"a guy shot his wife and was coming to the school to get his kids and i guess every1 thought he had a gun w/ him so they were freaked out"
but while we were waiting so long my language teacher let us take out our cell phones and only play games and stuff! to bad mine was in my locker
but anyways nobody got killed or anyting from my school and the lady that got shot i guess is in surgy.

So have u ever been in a lock-down? if so... what was the reason, how long was it, and what did U do??

will they except one spelling error and merit my whole application without being judgemental, i mean by dismissing the application, because of an spelling error.

professional companies and even colleges, can misprint's in their brouches, so i don't see the problem. a application form is no big deal
