I'm 16, going to an "alternative high school" not because of drugs or crime, but because i messed around in high school and didn't put enough effort in my work and failed all my classes. as i said before Im 16, and still have virtually no credits at all. if i get on the ball now, and try to finish up high school where I'm at, it'll take me till I'm 19 or 20, to graduate. still, i would graduate though. i actually hope to become a writer someday, and would start of for like two years at some community college, and then go four years at ISU, that's iowa state university. what are all of your thoughts on my predicament? should i give up? or keep on till i graduate, does it seem as if i still have a chance in this thing, or n? your opinions would be appreciated.

hi every body ..
I need ahelp !
it's my first year in studying in the dentistry ..
I feel that I'm so crowded , and couldn't study for along time ..
could you give me some ideas to improve me in this section ..
my classes houers are about 10 or 9 aday in the university and i study for 3 hours aday in the home ..
N.B; I'm really like it but I feel tiered ..

I was just wondering what my chances are to getting accepted into the howard univeristy school of business. I am a junior in high school and I plan on applying early action. I am a male and I think this will benifit my since the majority of the students at Howard are female. I have a 3.0 GPA, and I have taken all honors courses. I have been class President, Treasurer, and vice president as well as an active member of DECA and student council. I am a varsity athlete and have done many community service acts. I have not yet taken my SAT's but I plan on getting over a 1050. I am taken both the SAT's and the ACT's. I have good comunicaton skills and I believe that I will be able to write a solid admissions essay. I have also had perfect attendance since I started school in kindgarden. Thank you in advance.

some people say there should always be comma before "AND," and some people say no, because "and" is an conjunction. also the same goes for the other conjunction "BUT". these exception are a bit confusing. your help would be much appreciated. many thanks.
