Hi Jack,

1 Lot 7,8,9 award proposal
For your information herewith the reasons why I propose the awards lot 7, 8 and 9 to A, B and C respectively.

Of the various combinations this one is only 2,000 Euro *over the cheapest combination*. A neglegible amount compared to the 2.5 million contracts value.

I am not sure anymore if my grammar is correct. I was always taught that you 'take from' and 'bring to'. It seems people interchange these all the time and I find it rather weird. For instance, someone will say to me : "do you want me to take someting to you for lunch?" What is the correct way of saying it? I know I'm picky, but that's the way that I am....:)

I am, and I do. I'm working on a bachelor's degree online, and it's so frustrating when people bad mouth it. They don't seem to take me that seriously. I work just as hard as any other student. I'm afraid that if I get my degree online that it may be hard to get a job, because of some people having negative thoughts about online education. Do you ever wonder if this is possible? I love going online. It works for me and my schedule. I am just so tired of people bad mouthing me for it. If this happens to you, how do you deal with it (besides telling them off in an inappropiate way :) )?

How should every girl be treated
As if without her you're not completed
And when her world is rocked with emotion
She should feel our unswaying devotion
And when she wants more and more
Still we'll hold that open door
And when her world is coming apart
She will know she still has our heart

I hope this get's the attention of the right girl so she will contact me too

There is nothing joyful about stealing a car and maybe killing someone during a few hours of madness, so why are such individuals called "joy-riders"?

Where did the term originate?

Also, "goodbye".. there is never anything GOOD about saying bye to someone.. so why is it so called? .. and again, where did it originate?

Perhaps one that the speaker doesn't even realize they say because it is so ingrained in the English language.

Perhaps one so outdated, only your Grandma uses it.

Better yet, one that the speaker got wrong... like "doggy-dog world."

intransitive, transitive, ditransitive, complex, prepositional, intensive? I know the number of complements is a big factor, but I have a hard time in identifying them without digramming the sentences, and even then I get confused. Please give examples if possible! Thanks!

I pronounce it "ox-im-o-ron", but everyone says that's wrong, my old english teacher told me that, and she's an aurthor... plus "ox-im-o-ron" just sounds cooler than a word with the word 'moron' in it lol...
