1 Lot 7,8,9 award proposal
For your information herewith the reasons why I propose the awards lot 7, 8 and 9 to A, B and C respectively.
Of the various combinations this one is only 2,000 Euro *over the cheapest combination*. A neglegible amount compared to the 2.5 million contracts value.

It means that this one is only 2000 Euro "More" than the cheapest combination.

What they are saying here is that different lots are a certain amount which is very cheap, but this particular combination is only 2,000 Euro more then the other combinations.
