I've heard that besides the weight of each section, when scoring the test they take into consideration how others performed on the test that day, too. Is this true? If so, how much can this effect the score? Can it raise or lower your own score?

Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.

Right now, I am apart of quite a few clubs in my school, but I'm not sure whether I should be. This is because I've been hearing people say that it's better to be apart of 2 or 3 clubs to show your interest in those few. I also started 1 club and plan on starting more. If you have any suggestion on which clubs the Ivy league schools may like to see, please feel free to share.

On Friday I asked a question about the origin of "fill 'er up" and why it refers to a "her"? After I did more research on the net I became more confused. I found out that some Newspapers write "fill it up" and others "fill her up". So is it "her" or "it".

NY Times writes "fill it Up":

Bizz Journal writes "fill her up":

English Idioms also claims that the right words are "fill her up":

Americans keep stating that all people from the uk cannot spell. This is not true and only ignorance would believe it. They must realise that you cannot judge a whole nation on the account of a few minor individuals. I know a lot of americans who are damn reatrded and can't even spell "they", does'nt mean to say that all americans can't spell though does it?
