I assume by organizations you mean businesses. If so, I would look into the problems/advantages of outsourcing. A good place to start would be with "The World Is Flat," by Michael Friedman. If you're talking about organizations in general, I would go with something like reconciling the interests of the organization with ethical practices. With that topic, you can start by looking at books under the general category of business ethics.... transfers well to any organization really. In any case, if you use either topic, I'd pick one or two organizations to focus on and point out the difficulties they face on both sides of the issue. Hope that helps.

Globalization hurts some organizations. The american automobile industry will be gone soon.
Employee loyalty is rapidly decreasing also. It's difficult for a worker to have any sympathy for a company when the company is making us train our replacements who live in India and China or participate in conference calls with companies 12 timezones away, when we should be in bed.
