Education & Reference - 25 January 2007

Government imposed somehow, especially in low-income and African American areas. Has nobody thought of this or am I just a damn Genius. Why let people keep screwing up so that they can be dependent on government? Lets share the wealth of knowledge instead of the wealth of tax dollars. Thats what I think. Agree? No? Ideas?

I'm a student in ENC1101 for the second time this semister. I not so good in my writing. I mostly have grammer error and verb ending errors. Just so I can know how much is every individual grade eg. 10 = ? 9 = ? 8 =? 7 =? . And finally calculate the GPA from 1 to 4. I'm suppose to get my transcripts to the college I'll be attending in the States.
