I do mainly admin. work at a private school, but my last day working here will be on Jan. 22.

There's this boy here who seems to have taken a liking to me, apparently b/c I look like his step-mother & b/c I'm always nice to him. He's always hanging around me in the bookstore after school & wanting to talk to me. He's a real sweetie, & I think he has a lot of family problems b/c he's mentioned before about the step-mom, real mom, dad's girlfriend, mom's boyfriend, half-brothers, step-sisters, etc.

Right now he has a 0.4 GPA & will get kicked out of school by the end of the year if he doesn't raise it to a 2.0. He's very clever, but just not interested in school for whatever reason. I don't want to see him fail b/c he's smart, charming, sweet, & just a good kid.

Is there anything I can do to help him before I leave? I thought about mentioning him to our counselor, who's REALLY great. But I don't want him to think I'm like "turning him in" or something. Is it a good idea?

it's about the best birthday resent i got. it was tickets to go see RBD the band, so i wrote about how i found out they were coming and how my dad got them for meand bla bla bla.

oKoK so im iin the eiigth grade and about to graduate and go to an all giirl's catholic school iidk iif u ever heard of iit iits called Fliintriidge Sacred HEart. Okay, well, here's the deal. I have to write a poem in English, about anything, except I have to include Spanish colors. Like azul (blue), blanco (white), rojo (red), violeta (violet or purple), amarillo (yellow), rosado (pink), anaranjado (orange), verde (green), cafe (brown), gris (gray), ***** (black). This has been a question on my head for about two years. I asked all of my teachers and they aren't sure. If the plural form of 'cactus' is 'cacti' and the plural form of 'octopus' is 'octupi', then shouldn't the plural form for 'walrus' be 'walri?'

If the plural form is 'walruses' why doesn't it work on the previous two words mentioned above? All of the words have consonants before the 'us' part, should anyone look at that.
