Problem/ Purpose - why are you doing this experiment?

Hypothesis- what do you think is going to happen

Experiment- materials needed and process. What did you use to do the experiment with, and what were your steps to doing it?

Observations- this includes charts, graph, things you saw or noticed when you were doing the experiment. Basically all the data is here.

Conclusion- where you write the conclusion. State whether your hypothesis was right or wrong, also list improvements and or things you did wrong and how to fix them if you were to do the experiment again.
