Only you know.

a) did it mean a lot to you?
b) do you have lots off more interesting things happen to you?

decide based upon your answers to these questions and how long your report must be.

Memoirs should be interesting and captive.

If it doesn't have a funny twist or something drastic, I know that I wouldn't be interested in reading it. Most people don't like to read about things that aren't like that. it's like saying "and then i went and got a glass to pour water into."

If you feel that it is an important event in your life, yes, include it.
