How can I enroll my child in school if he/she is born after 10/1. As I understand it, only children who are 5 before 10/1 can be enrolled in the current school year. I do not want to wait until my child is practically 6. Even private schools I called say they follow the state guidelines. How can I seek an exemption, who should I talk to?

Thanks

The scholarship asks you to write an essay over this topic:

In 1000 words or less and in your own words, define diversity including an experience in which diversity has effected your life in a positive or negative aspect.

Well..I know I have a real good shot at this. I'm a transsexual. I could tell you a LOT about diversity and how it's accepted and NOT accepted in society and some of the things I've been through. However, part of me is afraid to include such a topic in a scholarship essay. What do you think?

they seemed to teach a lot of non-factual material(depending on the proffesor) but they seem to be a hiding place for racist and sexist ideology

you never hear of white studies or white nationalism,,that would be a no-no

seriously though I-ve taken a few of these courses for electives and they were highly racist and fairy tale like anyone have experience

Odd, isn't it. Is there a reason? If so, why does 'how' start with an 'h' (but still contains a 'w')?

Outside of a Christmas carol, when is the last time you said "hark"?
As in, "Hark, here comes the darn hippo that the neighbors bought their kids last Christmas!"
Is it time to bring back "hark"?

Don't just say "times" without an explanation. It seems like the obvious choice at first, but hear me out.

"One times ten" absolutely sounds a lot more natural, but it conflicts with everything I know about language. "Times" isn't a verb, after all; "six times three" is just an archaic inversion of "three, six times," right? So if 1x10 would be "ten, one time," wouldn't it also be "one time ten?" You certainly can't say "ten, one times."

Another negative effect procrastination has on college students is that they don’t do their work as the well as if they would have had more time to prepare.

I need to complete these sentences with ONE word and one word only. I cannot change the way the sentences are phrased, so please don't modify them.
The words I completed them with are written in caps. I know they are not suitable, so could you point out if they're incorrect and suggest some other words to use? But remember, I can't modify the sentences, just complete them with a word.

1. I turned the volume down in order SO I wouldn't annoy them.

2. She went to her parents so THAT she could help me.

3. We walked quietly so as NOT to disturb the audience.

4. I go to bed early in ORDER not to be tired.

5. I walked faster so AS to catch the train.

I read the book about psychotherapy and it says:
These kids would be missed if they didn't assert the need either behaviorally or verbally. So this is one I hope the school would watch for without a lot of oppositionality coming up that they would have to deal with.

What is "oppositionality "in this context?

"The School watch for to the kids even if there is any obstacles"?

Please help me understanding this sentense!
