I am currently taking an ap physics course at my high school. I am told that if I drop a course it will result in an F for the rest of the school year. Does anyone know if this applys to ap courses, and if so will dropping that class effect my gpa??? HELP

I dont know why but every time i pick up a magazine i start at the back and work forwards. I know a few people who do this but i have now even started reading articles and even sentences backwards when i am scanning through. I never do it with books though...anyone else do this (or know the reason why i do??!!)

I was watching "What Not To Wear" a while ago and it drove me crazy that they kept saying "a pant", "a jean", "a boot" instead of "pants", "jeans", "boots", etc.

Since then I've noticed one or two other people saying it too. It sounds weird to me, especially with the boots and shoes, because unless you only have one leg, you're wearing two of them!

Is this some sort of recent phenomenon? Is it correct?

Since you'd say "a pair of jeans," shouldn't you use the plural form?
