I'm a highschool student and recently I hear everybody use the word technically. for ex. technically I only have 2 or technically I was in front of the house. what exactly do people mean when they say technically. I'm somewhat baffled.

What makes you are resident in a state as far as colleges are concerned.?

I live in california but I want to go to go to school in Illinois where my dad is a relalive.He pays taxes, so doesnt that mean I should be able to go to their state schools? Do I really have to attend high school in that state? If I were to move to illinois for the last couple months of highschool (maybe 6 months and graduate there) would that be long enough for me to be considered a resident and only have to pay resident fees for Illinois state colleges?

Advice needed for scheduling classes.?

I'm taking precalc this semester. Is taking Calculus this coming semester on TTh for 2.5 hrs better than taking it the following semester and having it every day for 50 min.? I'm a little worried about waiting until the following semester because I might forget everything I learned in precalc but I also don't want to have Calc for only 2 days a week because if I miss just one class, I'm gonna be screwed.

High School?

I ride a bus and the driver played an offensive song and I yelled turn that s**t off when i had asked times before to turn it off i got in trouble and i was in tears by the song yet she didn't turn it.
