This site has a link to the census taken in 1790. This is the earliest US census. I have also placed a link to the UK census. I think you may find some good information in the last link to an article about Colonial America.

You have your dates mixed up. The French and Indian War was from 1754–1763.

Then you have the wrong year. I'm not sure any figures like that exist because there wasn't a census yet.
