I want to tutor a college student. The subject is Algebra. I would like to do it remote. What's the best software to use for this. Is MS Net-Meeting good enough. Ideally it should be interactive? Is this possible?

Online tutoring requires that you use VoIP (voice over the internet) to make calls and web-conferencing for displaying your material online.
Check the following guide for online tutors, voip and web-conf software review.

Best of luck!
