Anger is often misdirected because we may feel the anger, but not be able to identify who it should be directed toward. General anger is not focused and accomplishes nothing. If you are angry with someone for a valid reason and know why, it is focused and a solution can be reached.

It is simple to be angry for no good reason, because it clouds your judgment. Anger is only justifiable if it is rightly directed and brought on by the right reasons, and that type of anger is difficult to achieve.
