I need to know if the outbreak of WWII proves that US foreign policy from 1928-1941 was a failure. Stuff dealing with Townsend, The King Fish, Father Coughlin, The New Deal etc. YES, I've read my assignment and have 10 pages of notes...but I literally cannot comrehend it! I'm historically stupid!! Webpages with this info (direct info not a million different pages) would be great.... or if you know and could explain it to me cuz I DON"T GET IT!!!

I was wondering if there was anything that any of you knew of that would help my concentration. Something I could eat, drink, a supplement to take, whatever. I'm studying for my GED and planning on enrolling in college and if I continue the way I'm going I'm never gonna make it. I have a terribly difficult time concentrating on school work. Help!

Is a school comitting Fraud if they are asking parents to claim there entitlement for free school meals and milk then once it is awarded telling the parents there children can no longer have the free meals or milk as there children didnt eat them on 2nd day.
There are many children that are entitled but all on packed lunch sent from home. only paying pupils seam to be staying for cooked dinners.
Is it true that scholls also get extra finance for the number of children on low income families.

I graduated from college in May with a major in Spanish Literature and a minor in Women's Studies. While I was in my last semester of college, the school where I substituted in the day (I took my classes at night so I could work), asked me to fill an instant Spanish teaching position because they had to let a teacher go. They liked the way I taught and I finished the year. I am now in Spain studying to get my Masters degree in Multicultural Education...I will return back to the States in late August, but I am not certified as a teacher. I have taken the praxis II and did very well. How can I receive certification and get a job in the U.S. while in Spain? Is it possible? I would also like to continue my studies and get a Ph.D. I am married, but have no children. I am 22...I know I have time, but would like to finish all of this as soon as would be possible....ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME! Thanks!
