Why he decided to become a gym teacher
How long has he worked as a gym teacher.
Where did he go to college and what kind of a degree did he earn.
Does he face any challenges in his profession if so what are they.
What does he enjoy most about his job.

Ask him why he stopped working out and if he finds his job ridiculously easy. How much beer does he drink on any given night? On a fight night? When's the last time he saw his feet, (looking in a mirror doesn't count)? Why does he insist on wearing those foolishly tight BIKE shorts from his softball days? Can he spell pulmonary thrombosis or massive liver failure? Just a few examples.
Sit way back when you ask so he can't throw one of his awards at your head and his spittle can't reach you.

depends on why you're interviewing him. if it's about his job ask how hw likes it. stuff like that and how long he's been doing it. you know.
