If you spell the words thing and name on a spelling test are they spelled correct or wrong?

Now keep in mind this is a 3rd grade class taken this spelling test.

No. They are spelled 't h i n g' and 'n a m e'. If you mean are they spelled correctly or wrong, then your spelling of the words above is correct. However, your use of the word correct was incorrect (should be correctly).
