When you break a little piece off, since it is so light, it gets attracted to you and sticks because the electricity between you two is strong enough to pull the light piece in.
It is difficult to remove becase of the 'cling' it has due to the static electricity.
You can remove it easily with a piece of tape.

javy wins the prize. Styrofoam clings most tightly to the gay man. Or one who is happy, that is. The amount of joy that is stored up within the positive individual actually causes an electric charge. The homosexual part I'm not too sure about.
