i reallywant to go out to eat some where other than subway and chinese food. i mean like applebees is heathy and they arent at the same time i want some place that is heathy to go to

Was it rude of the server at Shari's Restaurant to cop an attitude at me when she was walking by me and I've asked her that if she had a moment would she give me a refill on my drink and then she would cop an attitude at me telling me that she was busy cause she was on her way to serve another customer?

Then she later apologized for her attitude and she told me that she doesn't like it when people are calling her when she's on her way to help another customer, plus the majority of the waiters/waitresses don't seem to enjoy working at Shari's and they only seem to be there for the money and the tips.

ok, my co-worker's boyfriend takes her out to some strange resturants, and she doesn't ever find anything that she wants to drink there. She doesn't want a lot of calories so regular soda is out, doesn't like coke (the only diet they sell), so no diet soda. she doesn't like to drink (boring...) so no alchohol. they won't give her water with a lemon because they won't profit. what should she order???

She was laughing at my jokes, but she was on a date. We started talking, and kind of forgot about her date. I sat down and we kept talking over candlelight. I was fired on the spot.

Weirdly enough, her boyfriend went to the counter when we were talking and applied for a job. He got it right away, and he took our order. My question is, shouldn't the guy who started the date pay for the date?
