My girlfriend used to serve the bar tables in a Chili's in Florida. She was the only waitress allowed to take care of the whole bar. It was a 14 table station and full on many occasions.

You should download this game "Mystic Inn" You play a waitress in a bar and you have to take orders go to the bar and pick them up and then serve your tables. To go orders too. It starts out easy but gets really frustrating as the bar gains popularity. It's totally addicting.

At one place my section was 13 tables, and one of them was a 6 top. At my own place I once had 8 tables plus worked a party of 13 in the basement party room. That's a lot of running up and down the stairs! Plus trying to take care of everyone upstairs!
