Music & Music Players - January 2007

OK, so my sister's IPod (original, from waay back) froze while she was up at college. She followed the directions to unfreeze it and it wiped out all her songs. She only has some of her songs on her laptop at college, and she wants all her songs back. All those songs are on the computer here at home. My question, is there a way I can send her the songs she wants without having to use a million disks or something? I don't want to send her the entire library, though, because most of the library is my stuff.

My ipod Nano fell in some water. I forgot to turn the hold switch when drying it so it turned on. I turned it off but now it has some strange hissing sound coming from it. Can it still work?

I would prefer one you don't have to point in specific directions, because I can't get a view of the sky when it's pointing in the North to Northwest, which is what the antenna I have currently states. Please help, because I constantly have to keep moving this thing and it's a pain-us in the anus.

My computer crashed. I am trying to sync my ipod with my new hard drive. Itunes tells me that my ipod is already synced with another computer. How do I do it without losing my music purchased?

I have my Itunes library on my computer at home. I have my Ipod with me here at work. When I plug it in to the work computer, it tells me that it can only be synced to one computer and wants to know if I want to transfer all my info to the work computer. I do not want to lose my library at home because that is where I download all my songs from. I thought I could authorize up to 5 computers but I am getting the impression I can only authorize one... HELP!!!

i usually use morpheus to download my music and then put it on my mp3 but it wont work now so i use limewire but that program wont put songs on my mp3.. does anyone know how i can get limewire to do it or any other program i can use???

I would like to record my songs onto CD to sell at gigs and perhaps on the web, I want a professional look and sound, There are some local record labels where I live but they don't state how much something like this would cost. I've emailed a few of them, but have not heard anything back as yet. I would like to know a rough price, so I can see if it's worth my time getting it recorded professionally.
Any help would be great.

i have an amplifier that was part of 5 item set the connections are Tuner,Dab tuner C>D> turntable and i think M>P>£ could i connect to keyboard[music]my keyboard doesnt have amp connection but has aux, and outgoing connections also will a guitar amp do for keyboard?

I don't see the point of purchasing the same movie twice! if i already own a movie on dvd, and wish to put it onto my iPod, I won't want to have to repurchase a copy of the movie from iTunes. Is there a way for me to rip the dvd, like what you do to cd's? and then upload it onto the iPod? I haven't purchaed the iPod yet, so depending on the answer, i'll make my choice then. Thanks for your help!!

my brother got an iPod for work, and he put about 50 songs on it, then he went to my other brother to put more songs on because my other brother downloads more. When they tried to add his songs it wouldn't let them add to the first playlist that was downloaded to the iPod they had to start all over. How can you just add songs to it without deleting the others?

I've been trying to figure this out for a loooong time, b/c I have a lot of songs on my sansa, and I want them ALL deleted. But the only way I know how is to delete ne by one which takes bloody ages. And I don't have playlists either, all my songs are in the open.

Please, does anyone know how do delete songs off this thing in large chunks?

I love listening to my ipod but any time i move the earphones fall right out of my ear. I like to listen to my iPod on the bus on the way home from school and every time the bus hits a bump, or if i try to put my head down, they fall out. It really gets annoying. How can I prevent this????
