My ipod Nano fell in some water. I forgot to turn the hold switch when drying it so it turned on. I turned it off but now it has some strange hissing sound coming from it. Can it still work?

It's still under warranty. I only bought it in September

I say go buy anew one because that hissing sound means it's fried

bring it to someone who can fix it for you (not apple unless its under warranty)... it shouldn't cost more than 80 bucks.
